Reached out to the hiring manager via email, and was invited in for an application and interview on the spot. Application was fairly easy and straightforward. Interview process was semi-formal but mainly casual conversation with the hiring manager.

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Duquesne Club (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Mass email was sent out to my university for employment needs in the winter and summer, I responded and was called in for an interview. Roughly 10 to 15 other people were interviewed the same morning. Was called back later that week and offered a job. Seems as if they hire anyone they possibly can.
