Interview
Single interview with an AP, she took notes and shared with the administrative team. I received a job offer via email a few days later. The interview was probably between 45min-60min. Unfortunately, despite asking questions about the school culture, the answers I was given in the interview do not match with the environment I’m now working in. Maybe if a member of the grade level team were in the interview I’d have gotten more honest answers.
They are begging for teachers so the process was straightforward if you have the appropriate teaching license. They asked standard interview questions and offered me the job on the spot.
