Mostly inquired about my background, personality, business experience and leadership and problem solving skills. Interested in how I solved difficult problems in the past. Questions to determine flexibility. How do you handle stress, what Performance Management means to me. Describe how you've handled difficult situations in the past, what could you have done differently and what was the outcome. Tried to figure out how you get along with people, what is customer service...they were attempting to imagine me in their role.
