Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.

Interview
Went to open interviews, and had a second interview. Pretty easy process, they try to be as fun as possible. Being yourself is the number one thing they look for, don't try to be what is expected of a Dutch Bros employee. Being genuine is the most important thing to put across.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
