The interview was a simple, face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. The questions were technical and aligned with the job criteria, making the overall process feel smooth, professional, and well-structured

I interviewed at Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (Cardiff, Wales) in Sept 2025
Interview
Assessment centre, group activity followed by speed interview round, competency questions revolving around resilience, empathy and communication. They were nice and it was overall a good experience. The group activity was about seeing how you think things through.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dwr Cymru Welsh Water in Apr 2025
Interview
Four people asking questions, loosely around the role. Nothing really technical. Asked if I would be happy to up skill but it was obvious they hadn’t read my CV as I have a higher level qualification than what they were planning to offer as training.
Felt only two out of the four interviewing seemed interested.
Received an email from the hiring manager prior to the standard rejection email with some feedback which was nice.
Have asked for further feedback via the official rejection email so let’s see what comes back from that.
