Interview
Simple and direct. The manager asks about your experience then takes you on a tour. No personality questions or scenarios. He just wanted to know if I knew how to do the job to assess how much training might be necessary. This job is often filled by people with minimum qualifications because the job is repetitive. They give a soldering assessment to see if you need training. If you are not a solderer, there are other positions such as slide line prep, parts prep, shipping, etc.
