First a tour then a IFR sim. Know how to navigate without using GPS. Tour was pretty sweet, lots of old planes and the first air force one. IFR sim was the hardest part for me.

First was the physical application, then transitioned to a phone interview, after the phone interview, I was then asked to return for an in person interview. At the conclusion of the in person interview I was offered a job

Interview
Initial screening with HR by phone conversation. If that is successful, then a zoom interview is conducted with the HR manager and a Flight Operations manager in the responsible program. This is when an in person interview is not possible due to remote locations awa from their headquarters in Virginia.
