I applied online. I interviewed at Dynamic Catholic
Interview
Prescribe call along with a personality test. Thirty minute conversation about why you want to work there and what you know about its founder. Honestly, I could not tell whether this was an interview for a cult or whether they were genuine Catholic. A good portion of the interviews was them paying homage to their founder. Got ghosted after several interviews, no responses to any emails.
Complete lack of professionalism. Be cautious if you apply and do not worship their founder.

Why do you want to work here?
Give full names of the past 5 employers?

Thorough—phone screen and onsite. They took it seriously, and there was intentionality in the way they approached the whole process, which was a net positive for me. Culture fit was key.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dynamic Catholic in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process was ridiculously long. One phone interview, two Zoom interviews with different managers, a whole day of in-person, on-site interviews which amounts to about 8 in total. At the time thought this was a good sign, that they were being super thorough. Really, it meant that tasks weren't being delegated well, that everyone from the top brass to lower management felt they needed input, rather than just trusting the hiring team to do their job. It was exhausting and frustrating.
