applied online via Indeed.com; received phone call 5 weeks later to setup in person interview. Regional Director was very pleasant, upfront and informative. Growing company; past employee retention difficult but restructuring is moving them forward.

Off the cuff...on the fly...barely professionally attired...did not address my skills or experiences. Entire interview was much a do about nothing...found it to be completely unprofessional...was not handled correctly at all...I had to hound her after two weeks if I should move on...no follow up email to mine no professional email letting me know someone else had been retained. Completely unprofessional...just a small fish in the water. They should hire consultants to improve not only their management ...but professional ways on how to run a top notch company if they really want to compete with the big boys...they are small and extremely unprofessional!
