Dynapower Applications Engineer interview questions

I did two video interviews and then an in person interview at the offices. Then another video interview. I was told an offer was coming then told they were not interested. The whole process took about 6 weeks and included an online personality test and an online "aptitude test. " I've always thought personality tests were a red flag for companies and I feel even more so now.
