The entire process was very relaxed. Went through and initial phone interview with the talent coordinators, which led to the hiring managers. That's as far as I am in the process at this point.

Interview
The interview was via recorded video where I had to answer about 15 questions. The questions were behavioral scenario questions. You need to critically think about them before submitting. The questions were not difficult
Typical questions about past experience, what are your long term goals, and the types of market research that I have been involved with in the past. Friendly and inviting, only 2 rounds of interviews in total.

Very easy and enjoyable, nothing to be scared of.
3-4 problems to solve and maybe you have a conversation with 3 key people from the sales department.
