Recruitment agency takes all relevant documents.
Sets up the interview with company.
Company HR calls you if there is any change in interview scheduled time or location.
You attend the technical interview.
Just after technical interview you attend the HR Round with Salary discussion.
If you are selected they release the offer letter to your mail ID within a week.

Direct interview for senior level candidates. They ask about work experience, tough situations one would have encountered in professional life, how they solved it, what improvements can be brought in the present conditions etc. But none of your experience can be implemented here. These guys have their own set of rigid vintage mindsets.
