They asked me a question over the phone I feel it's not right they should do a face to face interview. Also the hr was talking very quickly and I could barely hear her and the signal was bad.

Interview
Very straightforward interview. Good company. Hiring is fast, they can get your ticket following day. It is hard work but it is worth it for the pay and the people you meet.
All you do is fill out an App. The plant owner reviews it and then most likely will hire you. He is very flexible and likes to give everyone a chance. They will call you soon and then set you up to talk to one of the office ladies to tell you what you'll need and when you can come.
