      Distributor Interview

      Interview

Interview process is great. You show up and have a pulse. You may be invited for a second interview. This is a shadowing event where you follow your future superior around doing solicitations. It follows the typical workday minus the first hour of exposition in the morning and the last hour of submitting funds. So 9 hours the second day versus the typical 10.5 hour work day. They will then show you how the promotion process works from distributor to owner. It looks like a pyramid scheme and if you have no qualms you will return to the office and be hired, as your superior gets promoted by hiring more people.

None really. Pretty straightforward questions with no stress at all..
