One interviewer dominated the conversation, leaving little room for meaningful dialogue or participation from the other panelist. The tone shifted to being defensive and confrontational, with a focus on questioning my industry background rather than exploring my transferable skills or fit for the role. Overall, the process did not feel balanced or candidate-friendly.
