A very professional interview/ screening process starting with forwarding resume and application, followed up by first interview, then an invitation to make a presentation based on specific questions and during the same period to fulfill a personality profile online. Afterwards a respectful and professional follow up on both. economic used an external recruitment professional who was very capable. I didn't get the job, but actually felt very competent anyway.
