(Malaysia branch) The interviewer and the HR both very rude. We did online video call IV , after I introduced myself and the internship experience.. They keep asking question that I'm not comfortable .The question making me losing my confidence especially the subsequent questions.. If I answered, they keep asking why I said "this and that" making me look so stupid for what I answered . The interviewer should learn more on ethics and have more respect on candidates. Let me say to her that " you are what you are today, because someone gave u chance" .. I don't take it personal , please don't make candidate especially freshers so f up just because you become arrogant. The HR on the other hand, email me a request for suggestion for a call interview, I replied suggested date and time ,and the gaps between my reply to those date is like 3-4 days..on the day itself, I waited and no call received..and suddenly she call me and state that " I've forgotten to see my email" can we reschedule like today or tomorrow.. and I said to her ,let just let E2open to decide when the iv would be ..and she gave me email for confirmation on a video call IV instead on the day after. For me that is just a red flag , which I could've retract and don't give my damn time for an interview. I ask how many people have you interviewed , they said "this is ongoing process" and want xx position to be filled ... I found out that , the adverts about jobs opportunity have been posted like 5 months ago.. every month they posted the same position.. Please, please consider to avoid the company if you are trying to apply.. if interview session is the nightmare , I can imagine how toxic it was if we work there.. thank God it is not a face to face interview ..

the interview was average, its a one to one interview. It was pretty chill & no hard questions or any technical questions. Overall, it was okay but tips : be prepared to have a lot of questions in mind or prepare of what you want to talk abt yourself.
