E2open Sales Development Executive interview questions

Please stay away from this company. I am a 0-day staff with E2Open. I am a foreigner working in another country. Jan I attended the interview in January and all the processes are smooth and pleasant. Interviewers are excellent and understand what are the critical questions for a salesperson. Feb Received an offer from the company and background check of it. Signed the offer and start my nightmare with it. The company required me to tender as soon as possible to apply visa for me. Guess what? They only submit the visa application 1 week before I was with my previous employer. I mentioned to them earlier, the visa application needs to submit ASAP and if anything goes wrong, we can find a way to handle. As I am a foreigner and during the epidemic period is difficult to travel in-out the country. During the application process, they did not follow the requirements FULLY INDICATED on the government's website. Clearly, my application got rejected. Mar I tried to provide the info to them and advise them of the process, They just think they are "experience" and keep on proceeding with what they think so. Part of the procedures are clearly NOT COMPLY with the government's requirements. Apr Now I got 2nd time visa rejection from the government and they will not proceed appeal/new application for me. The recruitment process took 3 months+ (1 quarter) to settle just because of the incompetency of the staff. People quit their job, join the company and this is the result. Lesson learned from the E2Open.
