E6 interview questions

Thorough but in a friendly manner. Asked the general interview questions and then some tailored to the job title. Questioned knowledge gained from college and any experience I have in the engineering industry. Asked about any projects related to the engineering field, problem solving capabilities, and being able to use initiative

The interview was for a junior engineer position. It was onsite and conducted by two people, a senior process engineer and a team manager. The duration of the interview is around 45 minutes. It did not involve any technical questions based on the job description, and most questions are asking for elaborating more on the Cv/resume.
