Interview
I applied for a position, and only a month later received an email asking about where I was located, and if the commute was doable. I was also informed that they would want to schedule a brief phone conversation with me. I promptly wrote back letting them know I was very close to the company, and was looking forward to the interview. I never heard back, and was completely ghosted. I then followed up, but never received a response.

Interview
Had a phone screen and multi-step in-person interview process for the position. Met internal team members at various levels. Everyone at the company is very personable, engaging, and knowledgeable. They are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, has good judgement skills, and customer service abilities.

I cannot recall all of the questions, but some were standard to begin such as: what is your career path, interest in this role, specifics of transferable experiences.

Interview
I had my initial interview with the recruiter via LinkedIn. Then, I was introduced to two executives for my second interview. Finally, I had my last interview with the CEO and CIO. It was a smooth process that was done in about two week period.
