First round was a behavioral phone interview with an HR manager and I found out that I would be advancing to the second round at the end of the phone call. The second round was two more interviews in person - one case and one behavioral. The interviews were fine and everyone was very nice, but then I never heard back from them. Ever. It's months later and I still haven't heard back from them and I thought this was very unprofessional. I still never heard from them even when I reached out just to ask about next steps in the process because I had to make a decision about another offer.
