I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EAB (Washington, DC) in June 2013
Interview
Two 30 minute interviews followed by a final with the partner for the group. The behavioral interviews were pretty standard and included "tell me about a time when" questions. In two of the interviews, they used a logic or problem solving question but nothing too complicated

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at EAB (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I took a Vista assessment test and met with several teams across a 6 week time period only to be told the company was issuing a hiring freeze. While they were engaged and enthusiastic about the company, everyone I met with seemed to have their own agendas and clearly had no line of sight to the overall hiring process. I was left wondering who was in charge.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EAB (Washington, DC) in Nov 2019
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews. First a phone screening with a recruiter. Then, I was invited to the office in DC with three of leaders of the division. I also had data exercise and had to prepare a short presentation in the first hour before the in-person interview. Last round was a phone with another senior leader from the team the next day. Everyone that I interacted was very friendly and welcoming.
