Interview
The first interview was a one-hour phone interview. My background and what tools I am proficient in was discussed. The second interview was onsite and was longer then the first interview. I talked with multiple FA engineers where they also asked me questions about my experience and my tool proficiency.

Interview
I received a tour of the facility and had a chance to speak with several team members. During each conversation I was asked questions to gauge my knowledge level and get a feel for my personality. While the interview lasted the length of the morning, it was engaging and did not feel unnecessarily drawn out.

I was shown a series of images of a variety of electrical components taken on several instruments; I was asked to state some observations based on what I saw.

Contacted by phone then followed with an in-person interview. Nice and quick. Small group of people with a lot of different skills. They are problem solvers who invest time into their practice.
