EBC Field Engineer interview questions

First there was a call to determine what were my preferences, my interests. After we made sure there was a potential match I was scheduled for interview. The HR employee had me fill out a form containing my references as well as a psychometric test. Afterwards, I had an interview with the HR employee and two other people (director and engineer).
