The interview process involved an initial phone screening with the hiring manager. It was scheduled to be a half hour but lasted 1 hour. After that, there was another phone screening with the director (again, scheduled for 30 min but lasted an hour). Had an on-site interview with the team. Questions were very straight forward. The director was not on-site, so an additional phone screening was performed after the interview.
