I submitted my CV in May 2025. After 1 month I had my first interview online with 3 people from the hiring department (Financial institutions). Was asked general questions at first then more specific questions related to the FI Analyst role. Also, one of the interviewer asked me how I would analyse a potential country EBRD is considering to invest in. After 2 weeks I was invited to the second stage of the hiring process where I did financial modelling task of a hypothetical bank. After 2 weeks I was invited to the final stage interview which was conducted in person in Almaty office. I had waited my results until November 2025 and it was unsuccessful.

What indicators are used to analyse banking institutions.
Two stages of interviews. First one with working levels, second one is with senior management. It seems like interview process is slighly different from teams and positions. Some of interview process requires written exam or presentation, but I didn't need to go through it. My other interview experience asked me to prepare the concept note on the new project. And after passing that stage, I went through two. different interviews.
