ECI Group Associate interview questions

I had an interview on the phone which was the first step in the process. I was told I would hear back before the week was up. I sent a "thank you" email afterwards which was ignored. 2 week later and I have yet to hear back from the company. Not being selected is fine, that's life. But if you say you'll reach out at least extend that courtesy and professionalism. Instead of leaving people in the dark. This sounded like a great opportunity but perhaps I dodged a bullet.
