ECS Tuning interview questions

Very straightforward process. Had to take an online CSR assessment after the initial interview. I did not hear back from the company’s hiring representative, so I have no idea if they received my completed online assessment.

Vague questions about unrealistic scenarios. Won’t explain the holes in the scenario to make it clearer to answer. Gave vague responses as if they didn’t understand my answers. Why waste my time? HR is not aligned with people interviewing so they will reach out and optimisticly ask you if you want to proceed.
