I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EDF Trading (Houston, TX) in June 2016
Interview
started with a 30 minute phone screen to assess fit for position, then had 2 hour follow up with program manager, 2 on 1 IT folks (who ask highly technical questions), and then finish up with a soft skills interview with the HR manager. Was in contact with the recruiter the whole time, did not do any communication with the company outside of the interview process

Question 1
What are all the objects that are presented within a database
Well, what a strange interview. 1st round is an in-depth scrutiny of every single letter on your CV. I had the displeasure of meeting with the hiring manager who I won't name. In a nutshell, unless the answer is the one that the HM is looking for you better be ready to answer the question again, e.g (not an actual question) "How do you restart a computer." ..."Hmm you didn't mention you can also use Shutdown /r, in powershell" ???? Multiple times during the interview, the HM was sniggering and making snide remarks and essentially questioned (inadvertently) the legitimacy of my CV. That was the final straw, I respectfully asked for the interview to end. There's no way I would want to be managed by someone like that, dodged a bullet. Make sure you can answer ANYTHING relating to your CV, if you have Windows troubleshooting on there be ready to know the answer to every single question asked. Logically you won't and the sensible thought process would be "What's the correct path to resolution?" As Application support, resolving / updating the end user on steps taken we have taken to an attempt a fix is most important, well...ANYWHERE ELSE, except here. Good luck...
