First step: Phone screening Second: written assignment via email. Video Interview with Human Resources. Proficiency test online (varies based on position) Interview with leadership / department heads. In-person interview with CEO.

I applied online for their volunteer French Translation position, and quickly received an email to schedule a phone call interview. I was then asked to complete their translation assignment, which was about three paragraphs to translate from English to French. After that, poof! Gone! They completely ghosted me despite follow-up emails. Disappointing and unprofessional.
