Received Offer Below Minimum Wage Multiple interview stages were conducted for a year-long position. Upon receiving an offer they assumed my age and offered me the minimum wage for the age bracket below the age I was at the time. Ultimately came across as exploitative of interns, while expecting long hours and dedication. Interviewees disrespectfully smirking during the interview.
