I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EFI (Bengaluru) in Apr 2014
Interview
Written test and oral interview, well it went good, after 3 rounds with different people in the same team. Here the tech employees decide upon the candidates not HR. GO WITH GOOD BASICS, don't break your head too much to crack.
Total 4 to 5 rounds of interview including the HR round. All the rounds happened on the same day and the process was very smooth and simple. Initial round HR has given a quick brief about the company and then followed by the technical rounds
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EFI (Fremont, CA) in July 2019
Interview
Phone interview to get to know each other. Later on had a panel interview from 3 different managers. Depending on the manager each one asked a question based on there own background.

I applied online. I interviewed at EFI (Castellón de la Plana) in July 2017
Interview
After applying online I was contacted by an european recruiter. Making him a positive impression I was forwarded to a phone interview with american QA team. As I was comming from a printing industry, I was asked about my experience and a lot of attention was paid to my ESKO automation knowledge and how I leant it. In a week after that I was offered an interview in a plant in Spain where the actual vacancy was. I was paid for the journey and hotel. But at this point my luck expired. Looks like the spanish team didn't understand why I was sent to them - they were asking about my experience and how it can be used in the new job, but things that interested americans weren't noticed in this interview.
