I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EFI (Massachusetts) (Westborough, MA)
Interview
I was promptly contacted by someone from HR to schedule a 1/2 phone interview with the hiring manager. That call went great. Set up an in-person interview for approximately a week later. I was there for almost 3 hours. Spoke to 5 different people over 4 different conversations. Heard things like, "you seem to be a great fit" and "you are exactly what we are looking for". Left the interview with a promise that I would hear from someone to follow up shortly.
I sent a thank you email and 2 follow-up emails approximately 1 and 2 weeks later. I never heard a single word from the company again. A simple, "We are not moving forward with you in the process" would have been fine. To just leave people hanging is bad form.
