The overall process from the online application to the final reply (rejection) lasted five months. It included video interviews, behavioural/psychological questionnaires, face to face interviews by many Heads of departments. Even though I found the process professional, there was a negative side to it in relation to their feedback about their final decision: I had to chase them up to get the final rejection. Having reached the final stages of the application, I thought they should have informed me about their decision.
