EIMS Business Development Manager interview questions

Three interviews - on each and every occasion, EIMS either didn't turn up or was late - without any apology. Then they give you a brief, which is way off the actual interview role play - and on top of that, they try and lecture you about what to do, whereas the senior management itself lacks basic respect. One of the managers looked like she just fell out of bed, and her background was completely messy, with a dirty kitchen table, and clothes thrown all over the sofa and the bed. I am not at all surprised, they have such a low score on here. My advice would be if you want respect, treat people with respect. Good candidates won't want to work for such unprofessional people. By the way, the role is just a lead generator, not BDM.
