EIT Food interview questions

The interview has taken place online and included three panelists. The interview process was relatively smooth, and the panel was understanding of the connection issues; The questions included both evaluation of hard skills and behavioral aspects.

The interview was led by the Communication and Events manager and the head of HR. They first lenghly explained to me what EIT Food was doing and what the role encompasses. Then I got some behavioral questions and a case to solve in the end.
