Interview
The interviewer had sent a project for me to complete during a three day process. It was a relatively simple web application with a login process that did some actions on a linux server. It was then followed by an in person interview discussing the project with different approches I could have taken and why I chose what I did. Followed by some typic software developer related interview questions as well as some HR questions.

Phone interview with software development manager. Very friendly. Introduced the position to me first, and let me introduce myself. After that, asked me some questions related to my experience. The greatest part is providing me some feedback!
