Had first interview, went well was immediately asked back for second. Second was arranged for week after, but then moved to a month later, 1 week before interview was told had to do a presentation, 3 days before interview told I had to have a personality test! Went for second interview, mixed responses, which is fair enough.. Didn't get called back for third interview, But the point I am making is it was very long winded and the time it took btw the first and second interview was extremely long!
