The overall process was smooth enough, however the feedback time and follow ups could be much improved on. For example I was told I'd have a call back with a decision at a set day, following a call a couple of days earlier. Following multiple calls and emails - Two weeks later I received some feedback. rejections happen, it's part and parcel of the process but to leave applicants hanging is plain bad manners let alone poor practice.
