I spoke with a recruiter, who provided some general information on the firm. However, on their website, it exhibited only a single person, and on LinkedIn it displayed only a few people.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ENCLAVE CAPITAL (New York, NY) in May 2014
Interview
Sat down with Head of Brokerage and was asked to explain why I wanted to work at Enclave Capital. Was asked general questions about financial markets then dove into my Emerging Markets knowledge. From there I was questioned on my financial modeling skills and the basic strength and weakness questions. At the end he asked me what I hoped to gain from a summer internship.
