Interview
I met with the Meta Ads Director, another Meta Ads Specialist, and then finally, the CEO/President. The interview process was easy and efficient. I was also required to do a small social media ad creation using a current client — where I was asked to write ad copy and design graphics for a campaign.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ENERGIZE GROUP (Manchester, England) in Apr 2025

Great interview process, good communication and interview prep, very nice people. Genuinely interested in not just my work but me as a human. Questions were pretty straightforward. It was about a three round interview process and they can someone on the team prep us for every round of interviews. Very good interview process.
