I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ENGIE (Melbourne) in Apr 2023
Interview
I had two interviews for a data science position at SimplyEnergy, which is Engie's branch in Australia. The questions were pretty straightforward and not too technical. They mostly asked about my characteristics and previous experiences, and I aced them. But here's the kicker: after those two awesome interviews, they ghosted me for a whole eight weeks! They didn't even bother to reply to my follow-up email. Well, honestly, I took it as a blessing in disguise. It showed their unprofessionalism, and I'm glad I dodged that bullet.
