Question 1
They asked me why I wanted to join the company, and I demonstrated any prior knowledge from research I had done prior to the interview - especially initiatives that I was interested in.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ENGIE (Spokane, WA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process took two team leaders from the floor and myself. They use a third party hiring group called Aerotek. Ecova interviewed me twice after losing my paperwork or just not tracking correctly and hadn't even known I interviewed prior that week. They asked very generic questions and seemed distracted, both times I interviewed. The process was lengthy and for no good reason other than disorganization. They're improving, it seems.
