The interview process at EOS IT Solutions was very structured and professional. It started with an online assessment to evaluate problem-solving and technical knowledge. After clearing that, I went through four rounds of virtual interviews:
1. Recruiter screening – to review my background, skills, and interest in the role.
2. Technical round – focused on macOS troubleshooting, ITSM ticket handling, and scenario-based technical questions (e.g., end-user login issues, system performance problems, software provisioning).
3. Behavioral/Scenario-based round – questions on customer service, teamwork, and handling difficult situations with frustrated end-users.
4. Final panel interview – a mix of technical and behavioral questions with multiple panelists, assessing both deep technical skills and cultural fit.
The process was clear, communication from the recruiters was excellent, and overall it gave me a very positive impression of EOS’s professionalism.
