1. Short interview with HR. They checked my english level and asked why I want to join EPAM. 2. Technical interview that took around 4 hours. Topics covered - Linux and it internals - Relational databases and it internals - Networking - Troubleshooting and performance tuning - CMF tool (Ansible) and what I used for job orchestration - Virtualization & Containerisation

It starts with the HR interview, where we discuss my background, experience, career goals, and reasons for applying to the company. The HR interviewer asked questions about the my motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit with the organization. The next was the Technical Interview: where they are tested on my technical skills and knowledge relevant to the position. The technical interviewer asked challenging questions, problem-solving exercises.

The Overall experience is ok with EPAM. - 1st Round of interview was General interview with the recruiter. More of Interactive round talked about my Job profile and expectations from EPAM. - 2nd Round of Interview was technical scheduled after 3 days of my general interview. - After 2nd round not shortlisted.
