I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Astana) in July 2023

Talk to recruiter about general topics, your past performance and experience. Takes about 30 minutes. Talk to technical interviewee, senior cloud architect in my case. Takes about 1.5 hours. Topics move from general Python knowledge to specific technologies indicated in CV.
