I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (New Delhi) in June 2022
Interview
The Overall process was smooth. . The General round was really good, Interview was quite friendly and explained me about all the rounds and Epam background.
The final decision is taken based on feedback of technical round. In my case Technical round went well i answered rightly for nearly 90% question , explaining the logic of backend implementation, yet the feedback from the interview was not positive .
A candidate invest lot of efforts in overall interview process. I dont think a single persons verdict should only be considered, he/she might have limited knowledge or may be biased
