I got Interviewed at EPAM Poland. My process started in Mid of Dec, 2022. There were 3 rounds of interviews: HR interview, Technical Interview and Hiring Manager Interview. After the Final Interview HR emailed that she had got very good feedback of me and "she will soon get back to me with a great news." Her words not mine. After that I've been waiting for the offer. But nothing yet. Its been a month after my last interview. I tried contacting them thrice. Every time I get a response like they are deciding projects and Budgets etc and they have even prepared offer letter for me. why would you interview someone if you are not yet sure about your projects and budgets in the first place. The seem to have 0 value for candidate's time and just interested in holding the candidate.

Good to have for the interview experience so it is difficult to crack interview 1 hour 30 min interview they asked me big query, cloud related concepts as well so the interview is difficult L1 and L2 as well

I applied via naukri and in 2 days got call from HR he sent an Online assessment followed by 2 technical rounds. I went up to round 2 and got rejected post that HR round is there.

Then you will have first internal tech round there they asked me on spark, azure functions, agile software development, coding in python and pyspark. Explain databricks and optimisation they have on spark. Internals about spark.
