Applied through LinkedIn and got an interview set up fairly quickly. It's a weird place to get to, so more detail would have been nice, since Google Maps and GPS were no help. They didn't have a sign where to go, so I tried to go in the wrong door initially. My interviewer wasn't even there when I arrived and ended up being ~45 minutes late while someone else started the process with me. The interview seemed pretty unorganized and rushed. Eventually, a third person (the interviewer's boss) wandered in and helped himself to a seat and it was pretty awkward. The questions and interactions were pretty typical; they obviously wanted to hear customer service-oriented answers.
I sent out thank you cards at the end and heard back the next week with an offer. I had to go get a physical and drug test prior to starting. Kind of ridiculous for an office job.
