Got an interview invite 2 days after applying. Interview was an hour long and had typical questions. Very smooth process. Must be able to commute between hospitals. Be able to answer scenario questions as well.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to be creative with solving a problem.
They won’t accuse you of withholding information, especially if your communication was polite and upfront. If they were going to make it an issue, they likely already would have responded differently.
Unless your legal name was something completely different and your identity/background check couldn’t match the info you gave, there’s no reason they’d rescind the offer over this.
Bottom line: you did the right thing, and you don’t need to stress about this.
It was a relatively low key interview, not very stressful at all. There were a few getting to know you questions. There was a typing test at the very end.
